WHY SHOULD I LEARN TO DIVE ?
Diving is a great form of the sport activity, an exciting adventure, an invaluable experience in a life. But at resorts without international diving certificate you may have only introduction dive “hand-to-hand” with an instructor in shallow and calm areas. And as a certificated diver you are able to rent the equipment in dive centers all over the world, to dive with buddy (a partner of the same or higher qualification) and to participate in the diving safaris.
Today diving became a very available form of recreation. Modern technologies, reliable equipment, strict underwater rules allow to dive safe and have joy. Knowledge and exercises that you’ve learned during the courses will give you a sense of confidence. SO YOU WANT TO STUDY, HOW TO START?
From the very beginning you should determine what type of certification you want to get. That means to determine the international certification system. But don’t forget that not system but smart and qualified instructor teaches you.
In our diving center you can get certificates of two largest international underwater systems: PADI and CMAS.
1. THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM PADI – PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DIVING INSTRUCTORS.
Today PADI is the most popular and widespread system in the world. Its popularity is so high due to the strict standardization and the highest level of safety in all studying programs. With PADI certificate you will be recognized in other training associations, you also will be able to enjoy the benefits of modern diving industry worldwide. Wherever you go your PADI certificate will always open the underwater world in front of you.
2. THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM CMAS – WORLD CONFEDERATION OF UNDERWATER ACTIVITIES.
CMAS became one of the first organizations uniting recreational divers and prepared programs and general standards for their trainings. Confederation was founded in 1959 by the famous French explorer Jacques-Yves Cousteau.
Today it is the largest association of divers in the world consisting of more than 90 national federations and coordinating various types of underwater activities. A lot of CMAS dive centers are located in all resorts except North America, this zone is controlled by American systems PADI and NAUI. CMAS certificates are recognized in all other federations’ diving centers.
